The prices are understood ‘turn key’, sanitary ware and kitchen
cabinets.

 

Excluded:

Digging the hole for the foundations - this has to be quoted separately because it depends on the terrain on which the house will be built. We’ll survey the operation and do everything to keep this cost as low as possible (Between 1,000.00 and 5,000.00 € in the worst case).

 

The plot of land is not included in the price.

*Version B : reduced bioclimatic effects, conventional wood, without insulation, shutters, blinds, fence. Windows, doors and equipments in basic quality.

VAT is not included in the price.

 

Optional extras:

 

Swimming pool, large choice of wood stoves, upgrade of kitchen and bathroom units, automated main gate with remote control, video entry phone, etc.
