Pick your Trailer Park Plot     Pick your Floor Plan       Pick your Furniture Package

Your Trailer Home will only take 8 Weeks to arrive and you being able to move in.

Payment System is Via 4 Instalments (in UK Sterling Pounds)

1st payment is 12,500 Sterling with confirmation of order            

2nd payment is 4,500 Sterling 2 weeks later

3rd payment is 4,500 Sterling a further 2 weeks later

4th and final payment 11,100 Sterling a further 2 weeks later

Total 32,600 Sterling + Unit Shipment Cost.

The only extra payable locally, is a one off payment for the hard standing base, for the trailer of 900.00 euros Plus the Unit shipment Cost. This is payable on the day you pick up your Keys.

On the day you collect your keys, your Trailer Home will have been connected to ALL Mains Services and Sited.
Your Trailer Home will also be complete with a 24ft awning, plus all white goods come with the trailer
plus you will Receive 2 FREE Complimentary NEW Mopeds to help you explore the area !!

Ground Rent per year is 3,800 euros. This does entitle you to all year round use if you require. Water and Sewerage are included in this. Electricity is via meter and depends how much you use.  This Ground Rent is payable yearly and will be due from the date you receive your keys.

Plot Licence is for 10 years. Then Renewable.

You are entitled to rent out your trailer as you wish.  Plus also the site management will, if you require, rent your trailer out for you.  A charge will be owing to the site of 10% of your Income from any Rentals that they acquire for you.
