HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
to achieve your move to La Marina Step By Step with no worries.

To do this we must point out that you would need to have a budget of at least £130,000 and be in a position to pay a deposit of 5,000 euros to secure the property
you have chosen.

Although there is no obligation to buy, our Observation Trips are designed to cater for serious people wishing to move over and buy only.  

The emphasis is on viewing the area and properties intensively and discussing the legal and administrative side of your purchases.  If you are not genuinely interested in buying a property, you would find the trip boring.
 It would be a waste of both our time and yours.

1: The trip to Spain is only a short flight away. During your approximate two hour flight a meal and refreshments will normally be available.

We will meet you at either Alicante or Murcia Airport and help you with your luggage, and escort you to our 
waiting car.  We will then drive you to your accommodation at La Marina.  

2: You will need some euros for your personal requirements and "duty free" items. To get your euros you just go into your own Bank in England and get them across the counter.  Or, easier still, you can get them at the Airport !!!

Please Note:  You will be viewing a number of different properties and sites, so comfortable shoes are a must!

Remember the climate difference between the UK and Spain

Day one - We will pick you up from your accommodation and give you a guided tour of the area stopping off for a break en- route. We will then visit our Office to introduce you to the Team.  Then the rest of the day allows time to inspect properties in your price range. In the evening it is time to relax and Trevor will take you out for your Evening meal to one of the Local Restaurants
in La Marina.

Day two - We will introduce you to one of the local International Spanish Banks where the staff all speak English to give you the opportunity to open a Spanish Bank Account or talk about a Mortgage. (Max mort available is normally 70% of the value
of property being purchased)

Further inspection of properties and areas. Lunch break - afterwards re- inspection of properties and areas.

In the evening it is time to relax with Trevor again, who will take you out for your Evening meal to one of the Local Restaurants in La Marina.

Day three -Complete a reservation contract (if a suitable property has been found) and pay your €5,000 deposit  which means you cannot be gazumped. Which means if you so wish you could move in within 4 weeks.

Introduce you to an ENGLISH SPEAKING solicitor who will organise legal representation for you, and answer any legal queries you may have.  Plus arrange for you to obtain a NIE number so you can Legally purchase a Spanish Property.  Lunch with us to finalise any questions.

• Contact us for additional information on any property that is of interest. (We will put together a complete viewing package for your visit.)
   
• Discuss options for travel dates with us.
   
• Observation Tours cost 150.00 euros per day with a maximum of 2 people.  This will be refunded back to you upon completion of your property purchase.
   
• You book your own flights into either Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport.
   
• We arrange and pay for your accommodation, food, beverages. The collection from and return to the airport is free of charge.
   
• Observation Tours are over 2 nights, 3 days , either Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday.  Unfortunately, we cannot cater for week-ends.
   
• You travel to Spain and view the area, see the properties that are of interest and visit
  local facilities with us.
   
• You would then return to Spain 4 to 6 weeks later to complete your purchase (once your offer is accepted things usually run like clockwork in Spain; no gazumping here!).
   
• Trevor Jones will act for you in Spain. He will be your representative, not an agent for the builder or promoter.  His independent status allows you the peace of mind that all your needs will be catered for.  Our Company lies in the hands of
