What do we do next?

• Let us know your Price Range and also when you would like to come over to Spain.
   
• Contact us for additional information on any property that is of interest. (We will put together a complete viewing package for your visit.)
   
• Discuss options for travel dates with us.
   
• THE COST OF A Property Inspection TRIP IS ONLY 150 Euros  PER NIGHT. Maximum of 2 persons
   
• You book your own flights into either Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport.
   
• We arrange your accommodation, food, beverages and collection from and return to the airport, free of charge.
   
• Inspection trips are over 4 days , either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.  Unfortunately we cannot cater for week-ends.
   
• You travel to Spain and view the area, see the properties that are of interest and visit local facilities with us.
   
• You would then return to Spain 4 to 6 weeks later to complete your purchase (once your offer is accepted things usually run like clockwork in Spain; no gazumping here!).
   
• Trevor Jones will act for you in Spain. He will be your representative, not an agent for the builder or promoter.  His independent status allows you the peace of mind that all your needs will be catered for.  Our Company lies in the hands of our existing customers..
