Set in the rural area of Costa Blanca there are many town and villages to explore.

Set in a rural area the mountains can be seen a few kilometers away, the location is famous for it's Oranges and Lemon Groves and just a few kilometers away there is the wine growing area of Murcia. The Golf course is 200 yards away (not as stated 15 min walk)
There is a Market held every Wednesday in the town of Guardamar and every Thursday in the nearby village of Rojales. There are festivals throughout the year. For those who wish to travel further afield there are the resorts of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, and the small resorts of La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig which are south of Torrevieja. There are many historical places to visit ie. Orihuela, Murcia, Elche and numerous coastal and scenic routes to take. 

The weekly rate is 329 Euros. Availability is Daily or Weekly. This rate is all year round, including all holiday periods and also the Christmas and Easter periods.

If you see the property of your choice you will need to put down a holding deposit. The best way of doing this is via travelers cheque's. Please be aware of the fact that when in Spain "personal cheque's" are frowned upon and will not often be accepted. This often leads to a lot of heartache and occasionally a client loses their ideal property.
