Less than an hour (60 km) from Recife International airport with its direct flights from Lisbon and other European capitals. Each property is air-conditioned and comes complete with fitted kitchen, is furnished to the highest standard and has its own private parking place.

Located within land of 65,000m2 and only 200 metres from the beach, the development has all you could wish for and more:
Facilities include a vast open swimming pool with around 4,000m2 of water.  Saunas, Jacuzzis, Fitness room, Massage, Games Parlour, 2 tennis courts,

Starfish Resort, the latest SuperClubs development in Brazil, is a unique opportunity to combine a truly five star life style with an investment which also provides an annual income.
You own your apartment outright and can resell it at any time you wish.
You can use it, free of charge, for 25 days each year and receive a 50% discount on all expenses within the resort. There are no “lock out dates” so you can use it for Christmas & New Year or the fabulous Brazilian Carnaval in February.
Owners are also entitled to use any other SuperClubs resort, anywhere in the world, at a 50% discount.
When you are not using your apartment it goes into the hotel rental pool and annual income is shared between the owners.

At 60% occupancy you could receive an annual payment of £3570
At 70% occupancy you could receive an annual payment of £5650
At 80% occupancy you could receive an annual payment of £7750
At 90% occupancy you could receive an annual payment of £9800

If you do not choose to use your 25 day allocation the returns can be even higher, increasing by up to £1400, so your return could be up to 20% per annum.
The hotel is responsible for all maintenance charges on the apartment and leisure facilities.
The price of GBP55000 includes all of the above and property taxes, legal fees, CPF number and local currency bank account
