About Us

We are a professional family run business with English speaking Bulgarian Partners and Solicitors who have a lot to offer with a personal touch.

We loved the country so much, the people and the culture that we decided to move here lock stock and barrel and share it with you.

We are based in Sandanski which is the most beautiful and healthy part of Bulgaria situated at the South Western corner of Bulgaria, we are lucky enough to be only 10 minutes away from the Greek boarder and enjoy a gloriously mild climate, as well as all the health spas.

We have had a number of enquiries about properties, building work and individual skills in the area from Blagoevgrad down to the boarder so we decided to help you by starting up with "Enderby Touchdown Properties".

As we have experienced the ups and downs of buying property, renovating and settling in this wonderful country, we want to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for our clients.

We offer for sale, a  selection of villas, houses, & apartments.  We also have an en-suite family room with good rates for clients to stay with us, we also do removals from the UK to Bulgaria and other E.U. Countries.

Fees and other cost
Our commissions are shared with our Bulgarian partners and are included in the price of the property.

Company Registration
Our lawyer charges approximately 600€ for setting up the Ltd company. This is done at cost and we make no profit from this.  Other than commission the other cost are for the transfer, notary, and municipal fees approximately 6% of the declared value.
