The Kingsbury Academy of Dance, performing arts school offers fantastic classes with fully qualified teachers. Principal of the school Ruth Kingsbury has a BA Hons Theatre Dance Degree from the London Studio Centre specialising in Contemporary dance and a Diploma in Classical Ballet Teaching with the British Ballet Organisation. Ruth is a fully registered teacher with the British Ballet Organisation and is a professional dancer, singer and actress and performs regularly in professional theatres in the Costa Blanca. Weekly classes on offer with the Kingsbury Academy of Dance for all ages starting from 3 years of age include Ballet, Streetdance, Tap, Contemporary, Commercial, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Breakdancing, modern, gymnastics, Pilates and Castings for TV and Film productions. Adult classes are also available. Students gain confidence taking exams with the BBO in Classical ballet, Modern and Tap. These examinations are QCA recognised with less formal examinations offered in freestyle exams in all other styles of dance and Musical Theatre.
