Buying Spanish Homes
This should be a relatively easy transaction as long as you fully understand what you are buying. So the best advice is to use an Established Estate Agent in Spain, and then to find a local Solicitor who speaks good English (if you can't understand him, find one you can), and check out everything (and we mean everything) with him before you sign any papers. This is extremely important. It is not like the UK where you just back out at anytime. Once you sign a contract you are commited totally to your home in the sun.
