The Araval Private Club is a fully residential park home
site located on a hillside between Torrevieja and San Miguel de Salinas,
offering beautiful views over the sea and salt lakes of Torrevieja and La
Mata.
The club is set back from the main road and is only 5 minutes from
the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which this very popular area has to
offer.
Facilities include bar, barbeque area, petanque and
swimming pool. English television and wireless internet are available by
contract from local suppliers.
The area is serviced by 2 international
airports, Murcia ( San Javier ) is 10 miles away and Alicante airport is
approximately 25 miles.
Plot sizes are 14.5m by 9m, on
average plots being 130sqm, and ground rent is € 300 a month ( € 3600 per
annum ).
Small pets are most welcome. We have a limited amount of
