This can be renewed after 20 years for a nominal 5,000 euros. The properties come fully furnished including all living and bedroom furniture, and the latest fitted kitchens with integrated appliances. All you will need to add will be bed linens/towels and your choice of television. We can even help with these if required. Each plot of land will have its own defined boundaries and separate entrance off the internal road system.
