Turkey Viewing Trip

The Inspection Tour Schedule is set out so that you have enough time to visit the projects and areas you would like to experience - making life easy and stress free for you.

Day 1
Our representative will collect you from the airport and escort you to your hotel where you can check in. Once you have checked in your personal luggage and settled down you can then relax and enjoy some light refreshments at the bar and have a tour of the local area to see the facilities, and the many things to do in Turkey.

Day 2
This is where the inspection viewing takes place, and you will spend a day out on the road to look at the selected projects and locations. On completion of the viewing you will be escorted back to your hotel so that you can discuss an overview of the day’s events. At this meeting you can highlight what you like and what you do not like about the properties that you have viewed. We will make a note of the discussion for you so that we can understand better your personal likes and dislikes. You can then relax and enjoy your evening at a restaurant with our compliments.

Day 3
You will spend another day out on the road to finish looking at the selected projects. You will then be taken back to your hotel for another meeting to discuss the properties that you would like to view again. You can now sit back, relax and discuss your tour in private with your family.

Day 4
This is a great day for you as most of the hard work has been completed. You have chosen the properties you like best. We will take you back for a second viewing so you can familiarise yourself again with your chosen properties. At the end of the day you will be escorted back to the hotel to sit and discuss your preferred choice with your personal advisor. On your decision we can then arrange the following day, Day 5, a meeting with our independent solicitor who will discuss the details of your payment plan, terms and conditions and advise you on the final completion stage.

Day 5
Once the meeting has taken place at the Solicitor’s office you can then relax knowing that you have made your decision on your chosen investment or second home under the sun. We will give you a personal folder which will include the property details. A brochure with photos and descriptions on your new investment. The Legal documentation which confirms that you have purchased your new home, and you can then go back to your hotel, celebrate, relax and enjoy the moment with your family.

Day 6
Day 6 is your day of time and relaxation with the family.  Congratulations again on your new second home. To celebrate, we can arrange to have you taken to a 5 star exclusive hotel where you can treat yourself to a spar bath, Turkish hamam, steam room jacouzi bath, or you can just sit and relax in the hydrotherapy bath. When you have finished we will take you to your hotel where you can prepare for your journey home
